You may just want to build and develop your team by having a fun and active day out that will not test your brain and body too much. These sessions are also facilitated by our highly experienced instructors. You will be surprised by what you can achieve…With different challenges focussing on different behaviours we are able to provide and facilitate an experience that always achieves positive outcomes. We can do the psychometric tests if you want us to. These often provide a good base to make the training meaningful.There are many possible solutions for each problem and initiatives are always fun for the participants and facilitators alike

Teacher-Training Days
Many on the Team are trained teachers and we have a real understanding of the challenges that stand in the way for teaching staff to deliver quality outdoor learning activities. We have now run a number of teacher-training days where we introduce teaching staff to simple but effective 'Learning Outside the Classroom' activities that they can deliver back at school. Such a day allows all to have a fantastic time in eachother's company while learning new skills. See our Pricing here.
Case Study - Hob Green Primary School We delivered a training day for all staff (TAs and Teachers) at Wightwick Hall School and followed this up with a 3-day provision of outdoor activity for the children of the school, using our mobile wall as the central challenge for 8 static outdoor problem-solving activities. The training of the teachers meant that they were able to lead the activities back at school with 2 CTTE staff setting up and organising the day. The result - an affordable 3-day programme with no transport costs and teachers delivering quality outdoor learning and witnessing first-hand its powerful nature.
